An Evening in Rome

Spend an evening in Italy and leave the transportation to us!

Board our private luxury coach and let us whisk you away for An Evening in Rome! Begin with a three-course dinner with wine at Montesacro!

Named after a working class neighborhood of Rome, Montesacro Pinseria is the first in the US to offer pinsa, a modern take on the ancient flatbread once prepared by peasants living outside the imperial walls of the Roman Empire.

In fact, the word “pizza,” most likely, derives from “pinsa" which, in it’s ancient Roman origin, was first described by Virgil in The Aeneid as [a crust] being made with spelt and used as a "plate" to serve meat cooked in a hearty sauce - frugally topped with vegetables or fruit. With a crust made of a blend of rice, soy and wheat flour imported directly from Rome, pinsa is low-fat, low-calorie and easy to digest. For more information about Montesacro and pinsa, please click here.

After dinner, head to the center of “The Eternal City,” with a new musical in its pre-Broadway run.

Based on the classic Academy Award®-winning film and featuring such unforgettable Cole Porter songs as "Night and Day," "Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye" and "Easy to Love," Roman Holiday is sure to steal your heart.

In the midst of a whirlwind tour of European capitals, a young princess yearns to experience life – to explore the world beyond diplomatic dinners and Royal balls. Enter an American reporter, who almost overnight goes from covering the royal family to covering up her great escape. And in the span of 24 unforgettable hours, they discover the magic of Rome, the promise of love, and a secret they will share forever.
