With Chef & Cookbook Author Lauren Hoover-West Junior Chefs will work together in this hands-on baking camp! Gluten-free, Dairy-free delicious desserts include: Key Lime Pie with Coconut Whipped Cream with Chocolate Crust Cheezecake with Sauces English Trifle(cake or brownies, pastry cream, jam, berries & coconut whipped cream) Mint Chip Ice Cream & Ice Cream Bars Nut butter/Sunflowerseed Butter Cups and Snacks Peach or Nectarine Pie Homemade Jam to take home Ages 9-12. Limited to 10 chefs. Ticket price covers all 5 days. About Chef Lauren: Lauren graduated from The California Culinary Academy and began her culinary career as a Classically Trained Pastry Chef. She went on to teach culinary school in California, after working on the East Coast and Switzerland.
